Cougar Crest Family Home provides compassionate care in a loving and comfortable home for your dear one. Our safe environment and warm staff create a personal living experience for our residents. We specialize in Alzheimer's, dementia, diabetes, mental health, Parkinson, stroke, developmental disabilities, etc.

We are an Adult Family Home that houses a maximum of six residents who are treated like our family with personalized care, assistance and support.  Due to this, we can provide a high level of one-on-one attention that can be adjusted with the aging process of any individual.

Our home is located in a clean and quiet neighborhood, with private and common living areas that allow ample space for all. We equip our employees with the tools and training to provide the highest quality of care to our residents.
